@janer1967 slept well, pains gone thankfully.
Just had a nice fry up for breakfast, I always pop it on George grill to drain fat after it's cooked. Now coffee and jeromy vine

@Sandy_123 so glad the pain has gone . A fry up yum something I enjoy but don't often have as can't do with all the faffing so if I have one it's normally going out for one
I'm not a massive breakfast person like to be up for while b4 I eat

Just checking in to hope you all are keeping warm with the weather being not very pleasent. Keeping myself busy by doing my usual knitting. I found some patterns for next Christmas so trying them out.1
