Going great lol, 2nd coffee. House is upside down and fed up of stopping the quarrels. On a different note, does everyone have that annoying  distant relative who likes to ring out the blue on messenger, that you try to  avoid 🤔 so annoying.  You know the one who u don't see or hear about for months, suddenly thinks you want a cheery chat. Well no I don't.

@Username_removed I have tagged you because I am concerned what's hapoended you need to try and ignore them dont answer them have a rant at me on pm I have found that there is always someone waiting to have a go 

Mike it's not worth the hassle of haveing a go at them because it doesn't help and makes it worse for you sometimes Mike and I am trying not to upset you  but people see you as aggressive in your comments  but sometimes I think its because you are just trying to put your point over 

Every one has an opinion even if its not ours if its clearly wrong report it and don't let people tske you down to their level 

I have seen another side to you and I know you can put things in a better way you said to me once you were disappointed in me supporting an abuser I will be disappointed in you if you  allow people to bring you down to their level your a very intelligent person there are other ways to comment back or just ignore

@Username_removed I have read the link and I cant see anything wrong I don't know what the person said to you but let it go over your head you have done nothing wrong scope have removed  what ever they said 

Sometimes it's peoples disabilitys that cause them to blow up I  can give a perfect example with my mum she can be watching telly all calm and then starts shouting and swearing at me fir no reason 

I see nothing wrong so just ignore it and move on from it if I thought you were in the wrong I would tell you and tell you why and I think you know that same goes if you haven't done anything wrong if they are haveing a go at you someone else is getting a break lol

With due respect to all posters here, I can't see that Mike had a 'go' in the post he linked to, nor have I ever known him to have a 'go' at anyone, nor does he go down to others level. In fact I find him meticulous in making sure his posts are in accordance with Scope's moderation.

The problem can be that Scope's moderation in itself isn't always consistent. It was on this occasion fine as far as it went in removing a personal attack, which I admit I hadn't seen, but in being almost apologetic to the abuser, absolutely wasn't IMHO.

Those that have received actual abuse know how it feels, so the unwitting practice of letting it continue should be stopped. This really is something that needs addressing.

Quite often a comment is correctly removed due to a 'personal attack,' but all we have in the community's guidelines is 'keep it friendly.' I feel actually saying personal attacks will not be tolerated should also be included.

Lisa, sorry, but I take exception to saying if a poster is having a 'go' at someone else, then someone else is getting a break. Again IMHO, no-one, absolutely no-one, should be having a 'go' at anyone else.

Sorry if I've derailed this thread, but I think we all want the community to be a good, safe space for all, & some things shouldn't be ignored if we want it to remain so.

@poppy123456 its just a saying nothing meant by it trying to put a bit of banter to lighten it I have alot of respect for Mike and I think of him as a friend yes I have had my ups and downs with Mike but I feel I have turned a corner with him he asked me what was aggressive  about it and there is nothing scope removed whatever was said I merely telling Mike to let it go over his head and not in so many words saying not lower himself  to their level by retaliating hopefuly Mike will understand  what I said I wasn't being malicious

Think perhaps Lisa has confused us both, Poppy. I'm sure Lisa certainly meant nothing in the least malicious, but I fear I see no way to lighten it; this is a serious issue. It's great you have turned a corner with Mike, but it's very hard for those on the receiving end to let all abuse go over their heads; it really needs addressing is all I'd like to say.

It's amazing that we have a site for disabled people, parents & carers, but we need to keep it a safe, well moderated space for all, & that includes those often on the wrong end of abuse, which is so often those trying to help the most.

My day has been stressful dpd delivered a parcel I was waiting in for yesterday but it didn't come to my house so I had phone dpd to see what happend they said it was sent to the pick up shop they told me where it was so I went to get it shop keeper wouldn't give it me 

I needed a barcode which I hadn't got so I phoned dpd told them this so she told me to go the website to get the barcode I did that barcodes not available for home delivery parcels so I notified the seller he got in touch with dpd and the seller got back to me dpd gave him a photo of the house that they said was mine and a barcode the house on the photo wasn't my house 

I went back to the shop with the barcode shop keeper scanned it invalid barcode I messaged the seller back told him I couldn't cope any more and wanted a refund and made a complaint about yesterday's driver to dpd funny how all my other delivery's came yesterday and today with no problems  including a dpd driver who told me that if drivers are running late they drop parcels at shop but if its home delivery parcels people can't get them out without a barcode  so it ended with me telling the seller to refund me and brought my items from somewhere else 

Tomorrow is another day
