    had a tuna and cucumber and mayo wrap earlier then some leftover lamb casserole with dumpling and mash for dinner

    thank you very much - I've lost fouir and a half stone so far but finally starting back at gym this week - cant wait and started weights at home again and can already see changes, this has been the biggest thing for me as I like to see muscles lol haha esp with the added protein i dont wanna wobble too much x

    Ha ha ha ha ha not good i was really good for two weeks and stayed the same think i'm doomeddddd i wouldn't mind but i have really been pushing my self through the pain to do extra walking and bit more in the garden.x

    Mum thinks I look perfect now ajd the doctor but I want to get really toned like I used to be good a few more stone left or maybe two might well be enough if I add enough muscle

    Lol no you don't just have operations then reverse them you just maintain and no longer worry about watching your calories and exercising in other words happy easy days it's pretty much what I do anyway but I still want to lose weight. When I'm no longer wanting to lose I will be more indulgent enjoying more desserts snacks and so on and not worrying about the calories

    ha ha shows i don't know much about it ha ha i thought it was an elastic band or something like that to reduce the entrance to your stumock take no notice i can have these moments ha ha i will blame the tablets not my old brain xx
