    ive decided im gonna have the margharita dr otkher pizza and the speciale (tried the latter which i really like) to share with mum with some pineapple added for quickness too knackered for anything more

    All That's put together and cooking slowly finishing off.  I've tryed brown rice and not very impressed, saying that I always have basmalti, maybe should of got basmalti brown. Will see in the taste.

    Just been to local cafe, had mash potatoes ,mushy peas ,steak and kidney pie washed down with a proper mug of tea...

    We ended up with cheese on toast last night
    Tonight we have roast pork with all the trimmings.
    If you found the brown rice to hard @Sandy_123 i find cooking it longer or soaking it for a few hours before you cook it helps I'm not a fan but it's worth trying xxx

    im cooking mum roast beef and all the trimmings and saving some for the cats who im going to see after a full body massage then staying over hopefully to sleep with them !

    @SueHeath it took ages to cook, ruined the dish with taste, texture. I don't know if brown basmalti be better, I always use white basmalti And it cooks well.

    Last night I had smoked salmon pate with herb toasted bread then seafood risotto and zucchini fries washed down with strawberry daiquiri and porn star martini 

    Today making chicken chasseur with roast potatoes

    cooking roast chicken dinner with all trimmings for mum now followed by melt in middle pudding strawberries and cream then going to see my cats with treats

    amazon couldnt do a delivery with the beef so chicken it is

    Yep we like basmati rice @Sandy_123 try soaking it for a few hours see if that helps or just stick to the white xxxx

    I can’t stand for long and have low concentration so use microwave ready meals. Tonight was cottage pie, very filling.
    I like Italian meals, plus macaroni and cauliflower cheese. The only thing is I can use half a tub of shredded Parmesan cheese on the top. Does anyone else like lots of cheese on top of meals?
