yeah i used to make my own cauliflower cheese and sometimes made with brocolli but i dont bother any more because ive found a ready meal cauliflower cheese that is only a pound from Morrisons and it is so richly flavoured and delicious that I serve it with the roast and it only goes in microwave., I do like to make potato douphinous with garlic, cream nutmeg and cheese though with lamb
yeah the butterfly leg of lamb is dear but mum is worth it and its still cheaper than eating out ive bought most of what I need for my flat now so the rest of my savings I enjoy buying good quality food knowing it goes twice or three times as far now. Like yesterday i bought £4.50 steak mince but it will last me four meals usually buy the cheapest stuff x0 -

we had such a laugh with them I invited them to my housewarming and they said yes, I said at least I won't have to worry about noise complaints! haha
They were well impressed with my furniture and flat too lol
Never thought id get so friendly with the local constabulary
Gotta put the lamb on soon when the handyman leaves, having a beer for now, will be eating late today but has been a constructive day

I don't have anything planned for tea so maybe a sandwhich how ever McDonald's have burgers for 99p today which is tempting, but can't be bothered to walk down or pay 4 pound delivery0

not sure yet I might add some cream and spices to the leftover lamb from yesterdays roast and make a curry with rice or make a lasagne - im in a cooking mood these days0
