Toast and cuppa

Wow sorry Pam but i would find that very boring, can't you mix it up a bit which other foods, at the same time you have done well though, but i wouldn't cope with that.
-
Worked from home today, cheese and crackers for lunch as I can eat as I’m working. Roast chicken dinner tonight.
-
Porridge is nice with fruit on top. I had home made mix vegtable soup for lunch, very filling
-
It is a good food as its slow release energy, also if you don't add sugers to it.
-
good to mix up your diet a bit Pam eggs are a great protein do you eat stir fry veg or a good soup like Sandy makes.Pam said:I just made up my mind. to go low carbs and as diabetic I got obsessed with finding sugar in everything. It’s difficult as no longer can walk daily so can’t walk the sugar off. Or Id have porridge. Have to admit been feeling poorly with lack of protein so have bought extra chicken and some eggs. Hubby still enjoys good foods though lol. -
