It's option 6 but please be aware it has been known for it to give incorrect information. Your decision letter should give information on what day your PIP will be paid (4 weekly on the same day each time)

Hi iv lput in a appeal back in December today i recieved a secretary of states supplementary submission about further evidence by dwp saying everything stays the same and remains unchanged hmcourts sent it to me and said attach to appeal documents does that mean its not going to tribunal?0

No, it means DWP haven't changed their minds and still think you're not entitled to PIP. You will receive a hearing date sometime in the future. You need to make sure you check through the bundle to make sure everything is there. Then any extra evidence, including your submission should be sent to HMCTS.

DWP are correct a worsening of condition won't be taken into consideration by the Tribunal. They will be looking to see if the decision made was correct based on how your conditions affected you at the time your assessment took place.

Hello @Tbarber47. Great news you've finally got your dates.
I don't have much personal experience with telephone tribunals but I imagine the format is much the same as face-to-face ones.The panel usually consists of three people, including a judge, a healthcare professional, and a disability specialist. They are impartial and have the authority to make a decision based on the evidence presented.
You'll have a chance to explain how your condition affects your daily life and address any issues with the previous assessment and they may ask you questions to understand your situation better. It can help if you've prepared some notes so you don't forget anything you want to cover. I know I always walk away from appointments and meetings and then remember something I'd meant to say.
Finally, some people do, but you may not receive a decision on the day and this doesn't mean it is bad news!
Will you have anyone with you for support?

@Tbarber47
Good morning I hope you’re keeping well. Glad you got your tribunal date.I have had 2 tribunals one was a face 2 face, the last one was November 2020 and that was done by telephone, I much preferred the telephone one as it meant I was in the comfort of my own home, the panel were very patient and helpful I found on both occasions.If you are using a mobile to take the call make sure it is fully charged, and have a glass off water beside you, I also kept a notepad beside me with a few notes on it incase I had to refer to it.I wasn’t told the outcome on the day but my representative called me the next day, to say I had been awarded and I received a letter confirming it the day after.
Good luck0 -

It’s horrible the waiting but as you say not long now, I wish you luck with it, would be good if you let us know how it goes for you.
