Take things one step at a time @Tbarber47, if you can make notes before the call to have with you that will help make sure you don't miss anything you want to say. You can also ask them to repeat questions, and to have a break if you need to :)

Will there be anyone who can sit with you for emotional support on the day?

Okay, often these things turn out to be better/easier than we think they will, I wish you the best of luck @Tbarber47 :)

I am not the most knowledgeable in this area @Tbarber47. I am hoping someone with more knowledge in this area can respond to you soon. In the meantime, I think it is things like where you feel you should have been awarded more points and how your disability affects you on a daily basis.

Basically, why you feel you should have been awarded it. Hopefully, that helps to provide a rough guide as to what you could expect. Does anything usually help you when you are feeling nervous? Please feel free to let us know how this goes and if there's anything else we can do to help in the meantime  :)
