No matter how much I've been trying since yesterday, for me, it's even impossible not to worry and take this evil off my brain.

My name is Luke I am diagnosed with autism and one aspect of my condition is the fact that I ruminate and worry I used to receive a lifetime/indefinite DLA award when migration to PIP took place I was initially awarded zero points and had to attend a tribunal which awarded me daily living enhanced rate and mobility standard rate for an ongoing period the award letter said it was not appropriate to set a fixed term in this case as my condition is unlikely to change. The Green Paper does mention that ongoing awards are not going to be abolished but I am still anxious as I have read posts on here suggesting that when the new descriptors come in there is a possibility that they will want to reassess everyone including ongoing awards can anyone let me know what you think will happen just to put my mind at rest I do have 4 points btw on social communication but do you think it will be a violation of the Equality Act to remove the daily living component from me if they said my condition is not likely to change in the award letter? Just asking if anyone has an idea of what will happen with ongoing awards as there does not seem to be much info online or in the press about this I did feel better after reading the green paper yesterday mentioning that ongoing awards are to continue but recently I have been stressed again as I read a post on here last night suggesting that everyone will be reassessed like in the DLA to PIP migration anyway I have demanded a face to face meeting with my MP which I am expecting to get shortly and will put that question to her.

Finally someone said the word i was avoiding posting for fear of being tarnished a conspiracy theorist..

    Depopulation

This is what it is and has been being implemented heavily in the last few years imo.

A long with a large pinch of divide and rule

Which i personally feel is what the 4 points **** is about ,getting sick and disabled to hate other sick and disabled people.

    Oldest trick in the book.

That question i should have at least have gotten a 6-8 was confirmed by the aforementioned team that deals with me; yet amazingly PIP ignored it lol .. it beggars belief!

Truth is; the assessor was an ex paramedic that had no clue about my conditions(quite a few co-morbid conditions) plus the ASD.

I had previously read that many don't, hence why i collated all of that supporting evidence that they ignored…I know it makes zero sense, but they simply chose to ignore it.

I provided the phone contacts for the specialists but nothing!

The only people PIP did call for my later renewal, was St Thomas' for my M.E/Fibro & spinal stenosis.

I'm partially sorry to say, but i don't have much faith in the assessment process; due to my personal experiences of them,

I watched yesterday announcement about benefit changes. But it seems the government is more focused on PIP, but there has been no mention of adults still on DLA and DWP has yet to send a letter to apply for pip.

so where do people like myself who is still on DLA stand in regards to not loosing the LCWRA element of UC?

I’ve been getting high rate for motability and care since 1997 with an indefinite award and the government website advices to not voluntarily apply for pip without a letter if DLA is high rate.

So will I loose LCWRA if DWP fails to ask me to apply for pip?

I'm concerned about the whole pip points system. Just rechecked my paper and it's mostly 2s, mostly added between 8-11 points. To say you need at least 4 in at least one? Just .. I mean, what is the point of adding up then?

Apparently, the "4-point rule" is a way to reduce budget "expenses" at the expense of the disabled. The careless bureaucrat-economist obviously couldn't come up with anything smarter.

Over the long years of voting, have the deputies helped you in any way? They certainly didn't help me.

I'm sure the 'House of Lords will take a look at it as it passes through the other Chamber.

They tend to provide 'Safe Guards'.
