What is the worse they can do … not give you enough points. Then you can decide to leave it or appeal it. In the meantime you have contributed in flooding their system and after yesterday they really deserve it.

Had the exact same score, despite all of the specialists that deal with me stating otherwise.
DWP are a law unto themselves!

You're welcome, I'm sorry it was so much info! I would strongly consider applying for PIP.
So my assessment was over the phone thank God. I think it was about between half an hour to an hour. Also one extra piece I forgot was if it makes you feel safer you can ask that you record the assesment (just use a recording app on your phone) as this tends to make assesors (the less empathic ones) behave better - also it's not your word verses theirs.
I was lucky I got a kind woman. I just cried afterwards and cried when I got PIP.
I'm looking at putting together an electronic booklet/pdf guide about applying for PIP if people want I'll try to knock out within a few days that will hopefully include a bit more detail and advice of things I might've forgot but also in bitesized bits.
Just take care of yourself, OK? Please be kind and gentle to yourself - body, mind and soul (sorry if that's cheesy!)

They haven’t changed, don’t worry — the descriptors in the link you posted after this are exactly the same as the current ones. It does look a bit confusing because of how the article lays them out, but it’s just because they’ve only included things that would make you eligible for 4+ points and omitted any under that.
So if you got awarded 4 points on something, and your ability to do it hasn’t changed, then you SHOULD still qualify for 4 points on it on your next review.
The Green paper makes no reference to changing the eligibility criteria x

I'm thinking isn't there that Law group Leigh Day maybe we could all email them to see if they could represent us forum claimants Vs Government or something
They've made a packet from the benefits fiasco - we've kept them busy for years!

Yeah they will bring these things in to try keep us sweet after all this .. ironically around the time of the next general election .. they know exactly what they are doing

Yeah you think you get atleast a 1 point, but as I qualified for standard , I didn't want to rock the boat, if that makes sense, due a reassessment in November 26, when it all changes just my luck

So I been on incapacity benefit then ESA since 1996 for severe anxiety disorder and severe irritable bowel syndrome to be fair my last ESA assessment was back in 2012, but they always put be in work related activity group, then after once or twice seeing a work coach they realize, there no way a can work, and don't make me do any activities I do soil myself sometimes due to my IBS and it normally brought on my having anxiety attack ,catch 22 , embarrassing but it it's what it's , my question is ,I have my ESA 50 and returned back in September, so waiting on a reassessment, why are they not putting me in a support group what am I doing or am saying wrong any pointers please, both my conditions are really bad at the moment due to the stress of the green paper, and if they put me in work related activity group again , I don't know what I do, as I sure their make me engage, and I just can't, my doctor write a supporting letter I sent of with my ESA 50, thought I have not doubt that will be ignored or lost , any help please people
