AbsolAbsolute dread is consuming me I only just migrated to UC LCWRA a long wait first payment April 23 no idea how little it would be as someone taking pity left me 14k so they are bound to punish me for that. Only just migrated and no matter what they rename it UC Health plan throwing me off in 3 to 4 years one small crumb of comfort I will be nearer pension then but still. I want to end this I can't do this 😢

councils are panicking apparently as the lose of pip means the lose of carers allowance. Local councils will have to take over the caring of ppl as their carers are forced to work. Something they either didn’t think about or just don’t care

Thinking of you all. Just watched that ghastly excuse for a human being prattling on about how everyone will have improved quality of life by 2030.

there’s an argument going round via Labour that once you get into support groups benefits, you are stuck there.
That’s also an argument used in the green paper, paragraph 149 onwards I seem to remember.
that’s misleading, there are permitted work guidelines in place for those too ill to work less than 16 hours a week as a way of encouraging and keeping people in the workforce.
I hope this gets challenged by lawyers, scope etc
Lying is bad enough, but lying to punish vulnerable people who just can’t take of themselves in society is unpardonable

Hi Albus, it’s unbelievable to think this could possibly become law . Nit just to lose pip but lcwra too . So our only option is to engage with a work coach but what will they do for ppl they can see clearly can’t work. They will basically be no category for us . Surely denying shelter food etc for long term sick and disabled is against human rights laws. I read in comments earlier on a YouTube channel that the ECHR don’t really protect disabled ppl . Is that true ? I think it would be helpful if scope posted an explanation of the voting system for this and how we are protected in law through the courts plus how long these procedures could possibly delay the laws . I personally think MPs will do whatever they’re told by Starmer as they don’t want to lose the whip . Court could be are only saviour . But I don’t think there’s enough information regarding the courts to put my mind at rest .

Daily mail today showing reeves trying to do bricklaying for her scheme of apprenticeships
She's so gross throwing her head back and laughing . Despicable woman especially at what she's done to us

if it goes to the echr I can’t see Starmer ignoring that . I can’t remember who but one minister I’m sure said in regards to immigration that they won’t go against the echr. So it wouldn’t look good if they ignored the echr when it suits them .

There will be a different category for severely disabled people. If you are too disabled to work, don't worry!

There needs to be a vote of no confidence due to the lies during the election, for one starmer said council tax would be freezed there’s a lie for a start

That's my understanding all existing lcwra by 2028 must engage regularly with a work coach only the most severely ill exempt as only pip style assessment which is tougher will give any additional protection so suddenly many people right now lcwra suddenly miraculously healed

Oh I feel for you horrid what they are doing horrid much love ❤️

I watched a film recently where evil ppl were found mummified behind a bricked up wall . Your comment just reminded me of that .

but who decides if we are too disabled to work ? The assessors who lie ? Work coaches with no medical experience? It’s all open to interpretation. What protection is there for pip who fail pip as most do at some stage ?
