I know how you feel because it is stressful and degrading.

I wrote four extra pages of typed stuff explaining how my disabilities affect me because there isn't enough room om the form.
We are literally fighting for our very survival and the way I see it is if assessors and the d.w.p ignore or try to twist the evidence we send in the chances are that we will win at tribunal because they will look at ALL of the evidence including our carer's testimonies and our own testimonies.
The only real experts in our conditions and how our lives are affected by them is US individuals who live with them day in, day out.
Stay strong people and good luck.

That's what I do. I write up all the answers in a Word document, giving question number and activity. On each page I give my name, DOB and NI number, along with Page number.
If you think a descriptor doesn't apply to you, write about it anyway. If it really doesn't apply to you, just state I have no issues with this activity.0 -

If you don't mind me asking , why do you feel you have to put a claim in for pip before the proposed proposals come in , I'm more of the opinion of waiting until the wca gets abolished and then deal with it then

Yes you can.
I looked at all of the descriptors and listed them in order in a note book then I wrote detailed information about each one that applied to me and typed them onto extra sheets.
Give as much detail as you possibly can and stress how your disability affects you.
I googled citizens advice p.i.p application and I found that really helpful.
Basically it gives you the advice you would get if you had an appointment with the c.a.b

I know it’s so tiring but you’ve got that over with now . Have a rest and take care of yourself as it’s so draining.
