Regarding the pip assessors I can only give my personal opinion and my first assessor didn’t get it wrong she lied plain and simple. She was writing what was on my form and barely looked up to talk to me . Underneath everything I wrote in the form she wrote claimant says she can’t do x I say she can . Claimant says she’s in pain I say she isn’t . She ignored all my Drs letters apart from one where she even lied about what my specialist had written. My GP was so furious he wrote a letter counteracting everything she wrote. My last assessor ignored all my answers that would have given me a 4 instead steering me towards 2s . This is why we are scared because we know even if we should be awarded a 4 assessors don’t always give them . So I definitely can say my assessor lied . Last assessor was knowledgeable of ME and therefore knew its not curable yet awarded me 2 years . I’ll never trust them again especially now .

The BBC is peddling the prime monster line, by saying:
"Labour's landslide election victory was just a year ago, so how could it now be even at the remotest risk of defeat on a flagship policy?"
But Keir Starmer's Labour only talked about welfare reform in their manifesto, but never signalled such destructive cuts of a scale that even the Cons couldn't stomach.
In addition, reforming welfare doesn't necessarily have to be cutting the lifeline meagre social security payments to some of the poorest and most vulnerable people in the country!

While he keeps gaining weight, we keep losing weight due to the extreme anxiety and fear he's inflicting upon us, to the extent that some of us are even saying that they're contemplating to end their life, as they couldn't bear life if this bill passes.

Was waiting knew it was coming happens every time @michael57 starts a negative tone which quite often I've witnessed on here. I understand everyone has a opinion but his always seems not being in a friendly advice mode sometimes if a opinion is going to cause a reaction when the people on the forum are already highened with anxiety waiting for information and someone starts a conversation basically saying the people that is frauding the system you always hear them. What kind of statement is that to use? So will stick to my principles that michael57 was just trying to stir things up and absolutely no need for that. I've watched this pattern for him over weeks then someone writes in trying to depend him… there's no need to defend him he just needs to stop trying to wind people up because the end of the day we are all going through the same thing .

I'm afraid it is quite possible that what constitutes advice on this thread, it is often little better than a load of rubbish gleaned from twitter etc, the rumour mill working overtime.
@michael57 is entitled to express his opinion, just like anyone else, even if it runs contrary to the discussion at that point.

My first assessor was so bad the dwp wrote they wanted my next assessor to record the assessment. 30 minutes before the assessment was to take place over the phone the centre called and said the assessor wasn’t equipped to record and blamed the dwp as according to them it’s the dwp who make the appointments. So even the phone staff lie . As I’ve said on here before and some didn’t agree , I know of someone medically trained who went to the training to become an assessor. They were so disgusted by the methods they were taught to down grade awards they didn’t even start the job . I believe this to be true .

SSo Thier sidelining us catching Stephen timms talking today and certain articles let's talk lwcra oh yes I urge people to watch his interview and the right to engage with work oh yes try and job don't work out come back and I don't think it's compulsory we have another major fight so if battle with pip watered down let's turn to uc lwcra anyway looks for yourselves because this is the next step
