    Really struggling alot

    Crying over and over

    A great deal of stress

    Feel like my heart is broken into a million pieces with everything that's going on in my life

    Trying to cut a long story short . I've been dealing with a lot of stress for a very long time . It has got to a stage where I feel like I'm losing sense of who I am or was .

    This situation is very draining and is affecting my sleep and eating routines .

    I have been speaking to people and have had support and feedback which has been interesting.

    Still dealing with this dilemma so it's not something that I have or been able to resolve yet . I came back because I felt that I really need to be a little more open with as many resources as possible. Here's me hoping and praying for a light at the end of the tunnel so I'm not dwelling on this aspect for much longer.
