@Elvisdog still feel the same around my mum no matter what I'm doing . been called silly , been called immature , Act more mature . even when i do blow up in my mum face with anger is still lose lose . i get my mum to be scared of me but always backfired at me , i always had trouble making friends and had previous ex bfs . also has always been very anxious and my mum just make even more worst . always felt not good enough .

I went out for something I needed and now I am back home. I had a plan for today but weather looks bad.. I still might go out .. I feel like a weight a ton. And having to drag that body around. Anyways.. I will go out. Because otherwise will be staying at home.. a long day…

by the time the weather improved it is too late to do what i wanted to do. anyway… now i will be busy from tomorrow until the weekend.. so i will try to do that visit on Saturday if my mental health is ok… i feel always scared i am never at peace. and my head really overthinks too much. also in pain in particular with my leg. so i just rather try not to think so i am watching telly…

i hope everybody is ok so far and so a painless day. weather does not help as pain gets worse with the weather.

I understand being scared I battle it or try keep busy then the kick to the stomach feeling takes over and I get scared I haven't been able to focus on tv for months
