Thats good your putting your health first burnout is so real im waiting trauma therapy too ive never been able to hold down a job to burnout I relize thats what it is now I hope your dad health recovers be kind to yourself and rest

Morning.. not particularly well. Might stay at home again. Fear and anxiety are hiting hard lately... I would like to move on but I am not sure that will be possible.. anyway. Have a good day. Weather is cold but it is not gloomy. I might just open the blinds instead of living in darkness..

I just messaged the group. I can not make it for today. I really feel bad. So no I will no stay and I will keep the blinds on. It is cold so I probably will be another long day watching telly. I feel worse and not better everything. Tomorrow it is an important day so I hope I will be brave enough to leave home and deal.wirh the long day.

Unless anyone suffered from anxiety they would never understand how debilitating it is im the same just recueved my uc statement making ne shake inside I dont do well with change I had no problems with uc at all I suppose its that brown envelope triggered me big time I hope you manage to have a peaceful day

I empathise with you completely Kookee as you have just described word for word exactly how my life is at the moment too….It seems like you are a very brave person who is just completely exhausted and burnt out at the moment but im glad to hear that you are taking time for yourself to rest 😊

Good day to everyone hope we have better day today it is a struggle some days get fed up with being such chronic pain had it years and my mobility same for about thirty just. Have try make best of what we’re able to do even if only little bit of movement

Bag of nerves today, UC transferred from esa .someone helping me. Finally got my letter yesterday from esa large print, saying I'm in the support group.

Its a horrible cold wet day here and I'm in endless pain as usual.
I'm hoping to go for a midweek veg carvery later.

@Catherine21 thank you for your understanding it is hard think when cold can affect your pain level especially if can’t move much. Just try put warm things on hope your day goes ok
