    I saw the cardiologist wed

    He's took me off all meds as we're causing my recent issues

    I'm. To see the nurse practiioner this afternoon to discuss what was said

    He sent letter to my gp surgery

    I. Need a heart scan

    It's not the most comprehensive feature but we do have an ignore list setting: https://forum.scope.org.uk/profile/ignore

    It will hide someone's comments from view. You'll still see their discussions in the list and their comments will still appear in discussions, but they will appear blank unless you click on them. As I said before, it's not the most useful setting, but it's there if you find it helpful.

    I’ve taken a decision to revisit something I last did quite awhile ago which is to dye my beard purple. It’s getting very white now in places, going to have to **** it of all colour first which is always an interesting look to say the least πŸ˜†

    I'd be so tempted to dye my hair fun colours if it didn't mean bleaching it all the time. It's definitely in my plan for when I start going grey. I'm hoping I get a fun grey streak like my dad and can put all sorts of colours in it 😁

    I had a large grey streak in the beard, that I used to call my skunk ****. Now though it’s just spread further outwards, as for the old head well the hair gets buzz cut and then shaved to a mirror finish.

    Evening all. I am back home . It is getting harder to walk because of pain. Also my breathing is getting harder. It is frustrating as I feel I am getting worse rather than better... I hope I will have less pain tomorrow.. my painkillers do little. And also anxiety is bad. I am always scared about the future...

    Morning All, quiet start to the day, windows open to rid the flat of bad ju ju. Pots washed and rubbish cast out into the void. Busy day with shopping coming, going to start weighing out all food into portions and freezer bags.

    Managed to dig a bit of energy out to cut the old head, have a wash and a shave. Must admit having a phone call off a dentist I’d registered with awhile ago the other day is playing on my mind as I’ve now got an appointment with them in a few weeks. Only problem is I’ve got a huge phobia of dentists and it’s already setting me on edge.

    This Tues dentist and physio same day

    Next Tues dentist again

    28 nov

    Nurse to check my BP and pulse after changing meds again

    29th a Saturday

    Heart scan at the hospital

    9th dec

    A halter monitor to be fitted for 24 hours to record my heart rate

    10th Dec

    Back to the hospital to have monitor removed

    I myself have a GP Appointment and Injections next week, then a Dentist Appointment the following week and a visit from a local Area Coordinatorthe same week.
