I’ve taken a decision to revisit something I last did quite awhile ago which is to dye my beard purple. It’s getting very white now in places, going to have to **** it of all colour first which is always an interesting look to say the least 😆
I have even previously had a pink beard….

Looks great in purple @Zippy1983. The pink is fun too!
I'd be so tempted to dye my hair fun colours if it didn't mean bleaching it all the time. It's definitely in my plan for when I start going grey. I'm hoping I get a fun grey streak like my dad and can put all sorts of colours in it 😁

I had a large grey streak in the beard, that I used to call my skunk ****. Now though it’s just spread further outwards, as for the old head well the hair gets buzz cut and then shaved to a mirror finish.

Evening all. I am back home . It is getting harder to walk because of pain. Also my breathing is getting harder. It is frustrating as I feel I am getting worse rather than better... I hope I will have less pain tomorrow.. my painkillers do little. And also anxiety is bad. I am always scared about the future...

Morning All, quiet start to the day, windows open to rid the flat of bad ju ju. Pots washed and rubbish cast out into the void. Busy day with shopping coming, going to start weighing out all food into portions and freezer bags.

Morning all!
Sounds like a very productive start for you @Zippy1983 😊
That's great news @xodza. I hope you're feeling ok today.

Managed to dig a bit of energy out to cut the old head, have a wash and a shave. Must admit having a phone call off a dentist I’d registered with awhile ago the other day is playing on my mind as I’ve now got an appointment with them in a few weeks. Only problem is I’ve got a huge phobia of dentists and it’s already setting me on edge.

the thing is that nowdays a film is on the telly in a couple of years…. or even a year. and just feel like it is a rip off as well. only to see it in a small screen. i think i have not been to the cinema i think it was about 2019.. films are expensive. i like to go alone as i hate people talking and leaving before the credit ends, i can spend that in a good meal. or something else. but i use to love going .. i guess getting old i feel more like staying at home.

I saw the cardiologist Wednesday and nurse yesterday

Only cost me £7 for a ticket for the cinema, add in free bus pass makes it worth while. But the main thing is it gets me out of the flat for a few hours, which is a feet in itself.

i used to have a cinema pass., you pay monthly and i used to watch several films a month.. maybe it is worth trying to find a similar deal….. it was the price of about a film and a half.. also there are deals instead of watching it during the weekend.. etc… i might have to consider it… but then is also transportation…. etc…. films on the telly are always the same and they repeat continuously … might also consider netflix,,,,, or something similiar…. i am not sure….. at times i feel it is better to stay at home…
