What I wanted to add, was that perhaps those who join us can share their guided meditation if others would like to join? And still have the option of doing their own choice or simply enjoying the silenceโ€ฆ

Looking forward to sitting (I am a horizontal meditator, btw) together next time.

    Beautiful shot. Thank you.

How about 6 UK time (7 EU time) on Monday?

How about anyone can suggest one if they want to suggest one? Then we can see if we want to join one of those suggested. Or we can do one privately. Or maybe that's what you mean?

I can do 5 or 5.30 UK time Monday.

Yep, that is indeed what I was trying to say. It would also be a nice way to understand people's preferences and teachers.

I can also do 5 or 5:30 UK time. Let's see if anyone else can join and decide the time. Yay! Thanks again @SmellyBin. โค๏ธ

So @SmellyBin and I meditate some time between 5 and 5:30 UK time tomorrow. I hope others can join us.

This is the meditation I will do. I love this! This is "6-minute Grounding for Anxiety and Dissociation" by Daniel Madarasz. It is available for free to everyone online on the Insight Timer website here:

And here is more detailed information...

@Rachel_Scope did you join in a meditation yesterday? @Holly_Scope did you? I'm thinking it might be a better idea to have a two-hour window, rather than a specific time.

So sorry, I forgot to reply yesterday. I couldn't make it yesterday as I don't finish work until 6pm and then my daughter doesn't go to bed until 7:30pm. If you share the meditation you're doing I'll just do it later the same day ๐Ÿ˜Š It'll be lovely to meditate 'together'.

I didn't either yesterday @StarryEyed but I think I'm going to watch your grounding video after work tonight. I think it's going to be really helpful ๐Ÿ’›

Oh I hope you like it @Holly_Scope. I love it! Maybe you'll even love it too ๐Ÿ˜Š

I really enjoyed this one @StarryEyed. I'm going to do it again later. Thank you for sharing.

Oh what fabulous news. Yay! You're most welcome. It's something I repeat too. It's enjoyable both with and without headset/earbuds.

@SmellyBin, what do you think about setting a day aside? We can set a time too for that day. For example, how about next Tuesday the 21st? I can do any time in the evening as I'm home that day. Does that work?

Does anyone want to sit together again? One of these days?

This Sunday one of my fav mindfulness teachers Jill Satterfield is guiding a free session. She herself has had her fair share of suffering with her health. UK time 7, EU time 8. More info here.

I've love to join you @SmellyBin. What day is good for you?

Ha @Rachel_Scope that sounds lovely. Most days I can join, preferably around 5 UK time? But suggestions for another moment are welcome.

The earliest I could do is 7:30pm UK time as I need to put my daughter to bed. If that's too late though it'll still be good to have done it on the same day ๐Ÿ˜Š
