    Good morning all!

    Hope you all had a good weekend, I went to the beach and got sunburned even though I was covered in factor 50 SPF!!

    Hope you have a lovely day out @Johnboy412000, will you be having fish and chips on the beach?

    I've been enjoying Emmerdale in particular lately @luvpink, I'm intrigued by Serena and of course, who will end up murdering Dr Todd!!

    Been another DVLA day, still no further forward than back in May it seems.

    It's funny, you can hold a licence 34 years, but now they don't know who i am? If it wasn't for not having a passport, I would likely surrender the damned thing, I seem to spend such a long time trying to renew it each time.

    Was nearly asleep on hold, but a cheery sounding Welsh lass just reassured me she was adding a note to my file. I don't like to be sceptical, but I have heard that a few times this year! There's really no hurry, I have a whole 26 days left until it expires. 🙄😫🙄

    Just feeling run down and fed up to say the least. 😕 nearly missed taking my meds last night which led to me nodding off late. Didn’t wake until just after 11, sat watching tv most of the afternoon, again restless and despondent. Back sat on the bed watching the iPad at Tea Time. Should have had a quacks appointment today, but cancelled it. Got UC tomorrow and Quacks on Wednesday 🤨 just want to shut all the blinds, turn the phone off and shut out the outside world. Just feel like after 43 year I want to give up the constant fight against everything, I’m exhausted 😴

    My day has gone well so far. Arrived at Scarborough around 1pm and walked around for a bit till it was time to walk to the hotel and check in. Had a power nap and set off to get some tea down a few big hills on to the promenade. Not long ago walked back up after a couple of hours walking around the promenade. Lovely sea breeze. I'm sat outside the hotel just soaking the sun set up. Off for a beer soon lol. Tomorrow I aim to visit the castle and Anne brontes grave. Then peasholm park. Watch this space.

    GGood Morning everyone. Bit overcast this morning and choppy sea. Breakfast was lovely. Cornflakes then sausage bacon hash browns egg and beans delicious. Ready for the day ahead. Castle opens at 10am then plan is wander to the promenade and hop on open top bus to north bay. I'm raring to go lol. Have a nice day everyone

    Good afternoon.

    Its beautiful and sunny here.

    Its very busy with tourists.

    I was going to go to the high street yesterday but it was impossible with the amount of people crammed into our small town.

    I have been out and about enjoying life

    and avoiding the crowds as much as possible.

    Its too nice to be stuck indoors.

    Evening all, quiet day to say the least. Managed to get nine hours sleep last night, which isn’t a bad idea thing. Had to head to town to have the dreaded UC meeting, just to change my name. Arrived early and was still due to the capacity I couldn’t wait inside the job centre, I could only go in when it was ten minutes before my appointment. Got home and had a bite to eat, nodded off on the sofa, woke up and have gone to bed 😴
