How is your day going?

Good afternoon.

Its beautiful and sunny here.

Its very busy with tourists.

I was going to go to the high street yesterday but it was impossible with the amount of people crammed into our small town.

I have been out and about enjoying life

and avoiding the crowds as much as possible.

Its too nice to be stuck indoors.

I'm enjoying Corrie, Emmerdale and East enders.

Evening all, quiet day to say the least. Managed to get nine hours sleep last night, which isn’t a bad idea thing. Had to head to town to have the dreaded UC meeting, just to change my name. Arrived early and was still due to the capacity I couldn’t wait inside the job centre, I could only go in when it was ten minutes before my appointment. Got home and had a bite to eat, nodded off on the sofa, woke up and have gone to bed 😴

Good morning everyone. Bright start to the day here and breezy. I'm off in to town this morning a bit of business to take care of then come home and take it from there. I need a couple of chill days to catch up lol.

I'm going to a social club later to meet friends.

They play bingo (I don't), but its nice to catch up with people.

I'm going to a local pub with my partner this afteroon to have a drink on the outside terrace overlooking the sea.

I'm going to watch the soaps this evening.

I have to renew mine every 10 years. It's due in 2030 next. Usually pop to the post office with a photo and 20 quid. Only wait is depending on the queue. In fact I think they have a special machine that takes your photo you sit in this little booth and the assistant takes the shots and sends them off to DVLA with the form.

My licence is a short term (3years), restricted to automatic transmission. I have had this restriction since about 2006, my LGV and PCV was for 1 year, so I binned those categories a number of years ago.

I was awake most of the night as usual so I got up early and made a veg curry for tea.

Its in my slow cooker.

I'm waiting for a delivery of lounge furniture

I hate waiting lol.

I may venture out this afternoon to enjoy the good weather.
