    Good morning.

Its cooler with light rain here this morning.

I'm staying in today as I have things I need to sort out.

I will be giving my no longer needed clothes etc to a charity shop.

I'm going out early evening to see an Irish band play in a village pub.

I hope you all have a good day.

Well, once again they've let me down for the pub (otherwise I'd be there now probably drinking my second half of Carling and doing my second Karaoke song)

I wouldn't mind but this is becoming annoyingly regular, no staff on a Saturday night.

It's a rainy start to the day on and off and quite chilly too. Wednesday we see another hot spell with temps up to 25C.

That's strange, thank you for letting us know @Amberpearl, do you know how long it was like that please?

It was great thank you Mary. I came home on Wednesday. Enjoyed every minute of it. My next is one is Blackpool 9th to 11th September for the Illuminations plus my Birthday.

Tiring day to say the least, not sleeping well still which is frustrating. Just watching the second Harry Potter film. Did a wee bit of checking over the NHS Rollator, made sure it was set at the right height, put the Coffee Mug in its holder and sorted out the walking stick attachment.

After using the walker since June, I can feel the benefits of it when I am out and about in public. I am going to invest in either of the above later this year to make things a lot more easier when I go on the train, travel in and around the country and abroad as well. Benefits of both of the above are that they are good on varying terrain.

Going to watch the F1 later and have an early night and start afresh tomorrow morning.

Glad to hear you had such a great time @Johnboy412000! Not long to go until Blackpool then🤩 That'll be here before we know it! What else have you got planned for Blackpool?

Thanks. Yeah I believe around 6 weeks on Wednesday. It will be different from Scarborough cos there's no hills. And I'm not booked on any specific train. I can catch which ever train I like to Manchester and change there. My Plan is to catch one to Oxford Road and change there for the Blackpool North train. Not guarenteed a seat though.
