Got soaked on the way home, but we can hardly complain about getting some rain at last. I remarked to some women also out with her dog, that it was decidedly 'autumnal' weather, we had a stiff wind too you see.

Its a little cooler here today and showers forecast later.

I'm going out this afternoon to listen to live music in our local pub.

Its out on the terrace so I'm hoping to get a table under the covered area.

Its going to busy with tourists.

Good morning. It's noticably cooler here today and that wind goes through you. Light rain is forecast for later. Just chilling today though I might go for a little walk round before dinner time. have a nice day everyone.

We must be the lucky ones up here in Yorkshire. I'm not holding my breath though I think it may come to us unless we get some rain. Yorkshire water assure us we have more than enough stocks compared to Last Year. They annoy me cos there's been a leak down the road here that's been leaking for must be 2 months. I have reported it and so have countless others and YW's reply is they are aware and will get to it as soon as they can. Don't they dare tell us we can't use our hosepipes. There'd be anarchy lol.

It's a rainy start to the day on and off and quite chilly too. Wednesday we see another hot spell with temps up to 25C.

Tiring day to say the least, not sleeping well still which is frustrating. Just watching the second Harry Potter film. Did a wee bit of checking over the NHS Rollator, made sure it was set at the right height, put the Coffee Mug in its holder and sorted out the walking stick attachment.

After using the walker since June, I can feel the benefits of it when I am out and about in public. I am going to invest in either of the above later this year to make things a lot more easier when I go on the train, travel in and around the country and abroad as well. Benefits of both of the above are that they are good on varying terrain.

Going to watch the F1 later and have an early night and start afresh tomorrow morning.

Thanks. Yeah I believe around 6 weeks on Wednesday. It will be different from Scarborough cos there's no hills. And I'm not booked on any specific train. I can catch which ever train I like to Manchester and change there. My Plan is to catch one to Oxford Road and change there for the Blackpool North train. Not guarenteed a seat though.
