If the criteria applies to you then yes. Your decision letter should tell you.

Yes that's what it means. You will only receive it each week going forward if the criteria still applies to you.You must live alone or be classed as living alone and no one must be claiming carers allowance or carer element of Universal credit for looking after you. You must also be claiming PIP daily living or DLA mid/high rate care.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. Hi I just got my sdp back dated 3yrs now social say I have revised figures for tax why do I pay tax on it for 2018/19

SDP is not a taxable benefit. Who told you it was because who ever it was is not correct.

I got letter says esa can count as taxable income 2018/19 total all paid £1120 taxable allowance £1001 what is this why get extra esa and take it off me
