We just had a nice surprise this morning
We got billed twice for our internet this month and obviously looked into why...
We switched internet providers 9 months ago and for the last 9 months we have been paying £50 a month which we assumed was for the new one
It turns out we were still being charged for the old one, which is annoying, but we wondered why we weren't paying twice up until now?
We apparently were given a significant credit on our account for the new one as a gesture, because there were lots of problems setting it up, so we were paying out of our credit and only made our first actual payment this month
We phoned the old provider and they apologised and are going to refund us the 9 x £50 that we shouldn't have been paying
