    @ada I can relate I think to what you mean, I didn't experience things that you have experienced but when I have to talk about my intrusive thoughts it makes them worse for the next few days. I am always trying to push them to the back of my mind and talking about them does the opposite. Good luck though, you can do it :blush:

    @grinchy sorry to hear you had a rubbish night, have you looked into EMDR? That was such a game changer for my PTSD. 

    Allo allo @66Mustang and @Ada Hope you both have a lovely day. :) Talking about stuff can really rattle the cage for a while, but ultimately, I find it helps in the long run. But it'll be different for everyone.

    Will you be baking more delicious cakes? I'll be here until 6pm @Teigr but I might sneak outside at lunch to check on the chilli seedlings and newt eggs. ;)

    I'm not sure I'd want to eat one of @Teigr's cakes, I'd just put it there as an ornament and look at it :D

    @Grinchy sorry you had another nightmare, hopefully you manage to tackle this soon and manage to have nights without them. Were all here for support if you need us.

    @Ada 3 hours isn't much but atleast its better than 1 hour sleep, hope you have a restful day.

    everyone else hope you have a really good day, looks like the weather might be nice today (emphassis on might xD)

    I'm not doing much today so if the weather stays good will do some weeding outside, I'm also going to spend the day cleaning and maybe some studying. Currently doing my CompTIA A+ again as the certificate ran out like 2 months ago so need to refresh my learning and perhaps do the exam again.

    To be fair, I have very little structure in my life and don't know what day it is half the time anyway, so it could be literally any other day of the week :D but thank you for all your well wishes, it's nice to be here <3
