    Morning everyone, Hope you all had a good nights rest.

    I keep getting bad all body cramps and its so painful, I also can't seem to wake up and have some brain fog. I think my potatasium has dropped alot again. It keeps dropping for some reason and I keep having to have suppliments or go to A&E and have a potatasium infusion. Need to contact my GP this morning so waiting for them to open.

    @Grinchy So sorry to hear you had another nightmare, hopefullly you have a better night tonight and manage to get a full nights rest. Hang in there were here for you if you need us.

    Nasty weather here too, very blustery and wet but at least we had a couple of nice days.

    I hope today is a nice one for everyone or at least productive or positive in some other way!!!!

    @woodbine I don't like commenting on stuff like this but thought this is OK to say as it's not an opinion - anyway I know what you mean. It doesn't feel like long ago that I was getting genuinely anxious when the Ukraine war started, when among our family we were commenting that it wouldn't be a total surprise to see a mushroom cloud in the distance at some point. Now we might be getting the same feelings again

    Speaking just about myself though, it wasn't a super long time ago that I wouldn't have been overly bothered about the possibility of not being around much longer...perhaps the fact that the thought of that now makes me nervous could be seen as a (personal) positive?

    Sorry you had another bad night, I get meds for RLS not been on them long but helping a bit already as Ada said she can’t take them due to other reasons so not sure if your the same.

    Oh that’s good I’m glad the medication is helping. 
    It’s a week on Friday the 26th I’m looking forward to a wee break away.

    Aww that’s nice enjoy your walk.
    I’m ok thanks just been having a lot off pain in my fingers but I’ve just bought new ointment to try and I also have my hot water bottle handy.
    I think I will get myself out for a walk to, I walked up and down from my mums yesterday so it’s a start lol

    Yes I’m going away with my mum for a week to Tenerife it’ll just be a relaxing holiday it’ll be nice to have some sun, the heat always helps my arthritis.

    Hello @speedshrew! I've never been to Northern Ireland but it sounds like a fun trip. Have you got anything on your list of things to see yet?

    I am going to a Comic Con, going to try and take in Belfast and Dublin.
    No doubt more things will crop up!

    @speedshrew one thing about Northern Ireland is people - on the whole - are really friendly, and will help you with directions and stuff, if you had to choose somewhere to be lost in and need help, it's a good place :D

    My fingers on my right hand are giving me the worst pain the damp weather definitely doesn’t help.
