    I feel for you @Ada,I really do.

    I only have two or three bad nights a week but on days like today I feel like it's killing me.I don't know how you cope with it night after night.

    Good morning everyone!!

    @Ada I really hope you manage to get through to someone who can help, I have never suffered with lack of sleep before so I don't know what it's like but the fact they use sleep separation as torture explains how bad it is I guess :(

    Morning Everyone, hope you all had a good nights rest. Just had my care coordinator round and my new STR worker, shes going to go shopping with me next week and get some ingredients so I can start cooking home healthy meals, As currently struggle to do anything beyond basic cooking.

    @Ada so sorry you have been suffering with your sleep again, really hope your GP manages to sort you something out so you can have a decent nights sleep again, it does sound like torture.

    @Beaver79 Goodluck at the dentist and having your tooth removed, all the best.

    Hope everyone else has a really good day, the weather doesn't look too bad today.

    Mr Teigr cut the grass on Sunday @Sandy_123,the top lawn is looking quite yellow now.

    yeah I have therapy now every monday, its going really well and its good to finally talk about things.

    Our bottom lawn wasn't too bad @Sandy_123,it doesn't grow as fast as the top lawn so it's still nice and green.

    Mind,a lot of that is moss.
