    Day one of wedding prep for my sons wedding on Friday, hair colour cut and blow dry today nails on Monday and lashes on Tuesday.

    I'm not normally so high maintenance or organised but it's a big step up being mother of the groom! I'm so excited ๐Ÿ˜Š

    I made some sugar free blueberry jam today, doesn't taste unsweet as the natural sugars have their own sweetness. tasty.

    Ooh that sounds delicious @Sandy_123. It's very rare that I have jam but my friend made some scones yesterday with cream and strawberry jam and I questioned why I don't have it more often! Many years ago I made my own lemon curd and I remember it smelling like eggs for ages whilst it was cooking and I convinced myself I'd done it wrong but it came out delicious.

    I like lemon curd @Rachel_Scope I stopped eating sugar so didn't buy jams, so I'm glad I found this recipe. It's just blueberries and lemon juice.
