I understand how the mind tells us these things and we blame ourselves for everything when you care and have a pure heart it's easy to think we haven't done enough or what we have done is no good none of this is true you are so kind with such a pure soul you don't have to apologise for anything you are really respected on here because your a kind person and always offer kindness

One thing I'm not proud of is I've never been very good at dealing with Stressful situations . I remember when i had a job I would come home nearly every single day and be upset etc due to the stress of it all . I thought I'd be able to cope but unfortunately people, stress and other things got the better of me. That's probably why I have such a negative view of myself.

I think I was having meltdowns regularly during the time I worked.

Oh me to id come home and I literally couldn't talk I had to spend hours on my own totally drained then I'd be awake all night worrying about next day it was my daughter who made me realise that I wasn't less of a person because I couldn't hold a job down and that I was unwell took me along to accept have you been diagnosed with adhd ? I'm on waiting list and I understand that it's not actually my fault adhd brains in this world we are always running on speed we think and feel different imagine if everyone had adhd I believe the world would be a better place
