I have the notification that the pip M.R has now been delivered and signed for.But there is a message which says "not gone where you wanted it to go?".and also there is no photo of letter or signed letter like when I sent original pip form so I don't know what this means

That's just a standard automated message to say they've received your MR request @Jane315STARX it's nothing to worry about. 😊

Ok Thank you.I just addressed it to the address that the declined pip letter was sent to me with Mandatory Reconsideration added on the envelope too and obviously inside.I do feel better knowing that the odds are totally against me in some respects as I have no illusions or hopes at all now.My aim is to show them exactly what they/she has done

Signed for delivery or next day delivery doesn't mean it's been signed for by someone from DWP. It will have been signed for by someone from Royal Mail sorting office in bulk. It's not treated as arriving with DWP until it's been added to the system and this can take a couple of weeks so you may not receive a text from PIP for a couple of weeks, sometimes longer.
This is why next day delivery is a waste of money. All you need is proof of posting, which is free from any post office.

Oh no

So it's probably going to be lost

Not at all @Jane315STARX please try not to worry too much! If it's been delivered, it'll get sorted and delivered to the correct area of the DWP. Just keep an eye out for the text and if you've not received it in the next two weeks, just give the DWP a call and check that it's been received. 😊

No, that's not what I said at all. All mail going to and from DWP has to go through a mail sorting process first and this is why it often takes a while for us and them to receive letters.

After sending my M.R to the address that my pip report came from.Ive just googled where it should've been sent to.I sent it to handling site A but on Google it says M.R are handling site B so whether it gets to the right person within a month I just don't know

So an update.I called in to pip and they have received my M.r letter.I spoke to the call handler and he said a decision maker will look at it.I told him to tell the decision maker that they must contact my GP as there is updated diagnosis, medication and the councilling which is to be added.Plus I wanted them to know that even if they still turn me down the impact that this has had on my health based on my previous medical history which only they can confirm.I also detailed how disappointed I was by the assessor the errors in the report and the fact that there were things totally unrelated to me.I have just received a text to say they will make a decision within 15 weeks. So as we seem to expect here on scope it'll be a no,so I'll take it from there.

Sorry, I only just seen this. Thank you! Happy New Year to you too!
They very rarely contact anyone for any evidence. The onus is on you to make sure you provide any relevant evidence you have to prove you qualify, not theirs.

It's odd isn't it that they rarely contact Gps.I know we have to say how our illnesses affect us and it's not about having a 'diagnosis'.But the way I see it,for an.example if you cut your hand off there are obvious consequences of pain etc.Common sense tells the assessor with some of my diagnosis that the pain or discomfort I'm experiencing equates with what I'm describing. If they are supposedly medically trained then they would know this.I was completely honest in my assessment to perhaps stupid levels.Maybe I 'shouldn't ' have told her I managed to take my son on holiday.Or perhaps the problem is I left out the traumatic parts.Either way There is a flaw in the system or perhaps it's me.I know I'm very flawed, very over analytical, anxious etc.But Atleast I know what to expect now ( kind of).'We have looked at your claim again and our decision remains the same etc etc'

Hi Jane I'm sorry to hear this and I can understand how your feeling with certain things. In my opinion dwp (pip) is a set up to fail system for most certainly in my curcumstance anyway and many others. They lied twisted my words completely! the report nd decision i got was unreal they denied me on the basis of what the original lying assesor had put. I went for mandatory reconsideration they denied me that too on the basis of what the original assesor had said which was complete lies bearing in mind i complained about her too and sent more evidence to prove this! I have now been waiting for the tribunal date for near on 12 months... I have provided them with all the information needed and what is great the things they said I didn't have or struggle with is in black and white and they will be outed for what they are.. sorry for the rant.. also it's not good to hear that you have no family or friends to help as this can be very stressful and we all need a friend .. I'm not sure if you can privately message on here but if you need any help or just a chat feel free.

This is exactly what they want they make it so difficult for people that are already struggling people just give up!! Don't give up take your time and get what you should.

@curiousspin I'm sorry you have been through such a nightmare and still going through it.Its nice to know I'm not alone.it appears another under current not disimular to the scandals that have gone before ( not naming any inparticurly) but you get my drift.I just wish I had my brains and health of 20 years ago to help me fight this as my mind and health may be the thing that let's me down.Ironic as it is
