    It's been over 2 years since both parties started this. Its not good enough. They pick on the vunerable for their own failings. Where's Timms in all this, ? No wonder people's mental health has got worse. Its them doing this. Why can't they leave us alone. Also UC shouldn't be for disabled, we lose our disability premium. The extra gets whittled down to zero eventually.

    Finally got my antidepressants come through. Been going through **** not taking them. Heads been all over the place. Made my tinnitus worse which was another side effect. Going to go on a higher dose next week. I think all this worry about benefits cut not helping . Plus my daughter been saying I'm tapped, stupid etc. She's asd and bpd . Hurts a lot, try not to show it. Doctors going to get in touch 3 weeks due to my not great thoughts. I think after new year it gets depressing. So occupied with Christmas. That its difficult. I just wise this uncertainty of benefits, eventually migration to uc is not good on my mind at present

    I also really struggle with depression alongside my Autism, I only just got full ready for the day. I feel so guilty.

    I emailed the doctors Monday like they said to do when they rang. They sorted it out but didn't let me know . Only found out today when I had my tablet review from the pharmacy

Please take care of yourselves everyone and remember to be kind to yourselves too because you deserve to be kind to yourselves. My anxiety hasn't been very good so I took a break. I wouldn't say it's gone away it's never far away but it's a little bit less than what it has been.
