Which team is that Wibbles? Scope or another provider?

I didn’t know that, thank you for letting me know.

Yes thanks Wibbles, that's useful. Though got to say, if I actually get anything tomorrow think my mouth will hit the floor…!

Just to confirm I didn't receive anything today as of yet. It is good of Scope to run this support scheme but the lack of information on waiting times and communication is poor. I hope I get an update soon.

I received a £150 Charis mastercard to pay electric/gas. Its a virtual online card

How long did you have to wait, if you don't mind me asking? It's very kind of Scope to offer support but I'm sitting here in the cold and had no communication since mid December.

Around the 14th December sent in my application.

Mine was around a week or so after yours so hopefully I hear soon.

Hi, did they phone you before you got the voucher or just sent it to you? i missed a call today but think it may just be spam as i have had alot of those calls recently

Did you get this by email Ray? Or as Sunshine is asking, by phone? I've heard nothing today, zero, zilch…
