Just to confirm I didn't receive anything today as of yet. It is good of Scope to run this support scheme but the lack of information on waiting times and communication is poor. I hope I get an update soon.

I received a £150 Charis mastercard to pay electric/gas. Its a virtual online card

How long did you have to wait, if you don't mind me asking? It's very kind of Scope to offer support but I'm sitting here in the cold and had no communication since mid December.
