Hello all, My brother in law and sister migrated from family tax credits last Oct. He has very life limiting conditions and she is his carer also caring for children,the youngest is 2 yrs old. Today she was charged for a dental xray. Is this correct? If it helps they are in Northern Ireland. Tia.x
