No. There were some selected few people that did have a review back in about June but then they were suspended again for most people.

I received a letter from HMCTS this morning saying that DWP have not responded and that they have a legal duty to respond and they have four weeks from the letter to do so.

It's perfectly normal for them not to respond by the deadline as very often they don't. HMCTS will extend that deadline. They will eventually respond no doubt but even if they don't (unlikely) your hearing will continue as normal.

Why are the decision makers contacting me?? I am really SCARED!!Good afternoon,
I am the decision maker presently reviewing your Work Capability Assessment (WCA) decision’s appeal (Appeal Ref: ). I would like to call you tomorrow to discuss this WCA appeal with yourself. Please make yourself available for this call. If this date and/or time is not to your convenience, please let me know, through a journal message, when it would be convenient for you to receive my call.
kind regards,

Please don't be scared @cheekylittlekoala sometimes the decision makers calling can be a good thing!0

Do you think they will offer me the LCWRA with further questioning, instead of going to tribunal.

I can't say for sure and I don't want to get your hopes up, but it is a possibility. Keeping my fingers crossed for you!1

The phone call was stressful for me, the gentleman who I spoke to was really calm and actually sounded interested in my case, was only on the phone for about 15 minutes and after quite a deep conversation he recommended I should be in the Support Group LCWRA and it will be backdated to my original claim. Which i am over the moon about as I found this whole situation very stressful and has made me very anxious. So no tribunal.
Thank you all for your support 👍🏽1 -
Ahhhh, so happy for you @cheekylittlekoala, that's brilliant news! Now make sure you take some self care time for yourself.1

So my first sick note was given on the 17th April I got the UCD35 letter on 24th May and they received my UC50 form on 13th June.
which date will they start my claim from? Confused.
Thank you ;o)0 -
That’s great news. It will be from when you reported your health condition, provided by a fit note within 7 days of that. There’s then a full 3 month assessment period waiting time before the extra money is paid. It’s then paid from the 4th month, with the extra money being paid at the end of that month. What date do you usually receive your money each month?1
-
It’s 20th of every month.0
-
That means your waiting period will be May/June, June/July, July/August…LCWRA starts from assessment period 14th Aug to 13th Sept and first payment will be 20th Sept. This means they owe you 3 months LCWRA element up to now.Money owed will be paid separately to your usual monthly money and can take a few weeks to pay it.1

That's great news @cheekylittlekoala! I am so glad for you1
