Agnia said:Please could confirm what is reasonable adjustment thank youIt's when DWP or an employer makes changes to allow for something to be a little easier because of a disability. An example of that would be for your work coach to allow a telephone appointment instead of a face to face one.I know they have allowed you to have telephone appointments in the past so you just need to ask.0

my coach work was seeing my anxiety and health condition and crying during the whole job centre visit and when i got home at the same day after seeing her ( coach work) i was getting a message about another job centre appointment to attend in person
my health condition got really worse since then0 -
Yes, claiming UC is a dreadful experience for sick and disabled people but it's just a job for JCP coaches - they have little compassion or understanding of poor mental health.
Most sick and disabled claimants do not yet receive UC or have to cope with 'a claimant commitment'.
You may meet a different coach next week. Names, dates and times are changed/ cancelled or you may be kept waiting. All this is done to challenge you. You are not imagining this so be patient until you can leave. The coach sends you a message during or after the appointment.

Can you get a cab there and back just this once?
If your request is ignored or not agreed, please go to this appointment because not attending is the excuse they need to apply a sanction.
It's possible you won't have to attend WFI's in person again. You can't be forced to do or say anything during the appointment so turning up is all you have to do to keep your benefits in payment.

Your request may be ignored but you are now in a better position with an MR in place.
A Tribunal hearing is your best chance of getting the result you want and you will be able to read all the evidence used (or ignored) for the DWP decision within a month of submitting your appeal - if they don't reconsider first
Most claimants are extremely distressed after a WCA and often get worse. DWP knows this and decided to make it even harder to qualify for disability benefits.
A WFI is meant to identify what is reasonable and appropriate for you and the coach gets to decide what is included in your claimant commitment so be polite and keep asking for easements to be applied until they are added.

WFI = Work focused Interview.

The coach will know you have submitted an MR for what may be an incorrect or unlawful decision
WFI - Work-Focused Interview
Easements - exemptions - can be agreed at your appointment if any requirements you have been set are unmanageable for you. The coach adds easements to your claimant commitment to remove those requirements

Thank you @bg844
the lady who helps me to report income and expenses wrote a mandatory reconsideration letter and she sent it my uc journal
She is Polish and she does speak a better English than me and i was afraid that after sending this letter the uc can think that i had availability to write it

@Agnia Just remember that work coaches are human and do understand on a personal level. Please don't think you'll be on the streets as you say for not attending a face-to-face.0
