Surely that didn’t happen on here? I know I’ve tried my hardest to help and advise you since you came here and I don’t remember there being any such comments from anyone.

I also had a terrible relationship with my mother until the last 3 weeks of her life when I cared for her and got my mother back. My brother would drive home when she started vomiting and couldn't see the problem. So I stayed and got my face slapped for not returning to London.

I still feel abandoned by my family, still have PTSD and remember all the nasty comments from my siblings too. But I now know they just did not understand my conditions.

You share DNA with your family. They may be frightened, angry or disgusted and pretending they are nothing like you. But they are.

The post-war years for our parents - yours especially - were tough. 
That generation did not admit to faults or fears and did not talk about mental health or disability. 

Trying to forgive your mother may allow her to forgive herself for not being perfect and to start listening again.

i wrote 2 messages in journal and coach work wrote that will call me then

i was really scared and knew that im not able to go there 
the lady who is social prescriber she did help me  
i did write 2 messages and i didn’t get any response

i really did believe that they will call me at the time that  they wrote that they will do it 
they didn’t call me yet 
why they don’t follow what they wrote 
should i wait the whole day for their call,  i did it in the past fighting with myself because i really felt  unwell and sleepy 
i live in hell

it’s makes my anxiety really worse 
last week coach work wrote in my journal that they will call me today 
they didn’t call me and i received the message that i missed and didn’t attend this appointment
