You have 13 months in total to request it. If you're outside of the 1 month timeframe then when you do request it you will need to tell them why you didn't request it within the first month.

This here ^ have you actually requested it in your journal? If you have then a new decision can be made at anytime, they do not have to wait for you to give any other reason.

I know you find all of the very difficult but you will need to at least try because otherwise you can't challenge the decision.

Did you actually request the MR on your journal when you logged in?

Yes i did write in journal that i would like to request mr on the decision being awarded Lcw 
and i asked to send uc85 form

Then another decision maker will take another look at all the evidence you sent, including the form, as well as the assessment report and make another decision. Timescales for that are up to 12 weeks.

If the decision doesn't change you can proceed to Tribunal.

Yes you can add that, I’ve advised you quite a few times to include your reasons why.

I know the 1 month isn’t up yet but you’ve gone ahead and requested it so now a decision can be made at anytime. Even if you haven’t included any details.

Agnia, by asking them to 'reconsider' their decision you have just done the hardest thing! They already know your circumstances.

A Decision Maker, not from the Job Centre may ring you to confirm the information you gave before and may change the decision in your favour. Remember that.

I hope you don't have to wait long for the letter but I think it's important that you have a break from this and try to heal. Eating properly and self-care matter now.
