You really do need to complete a Mandatory Reconsideration (and later appeal) if you feel you'd meet the criteria for LCWRA.
    The MR has been requested.

Thanks Poppy, just seen when looking back. Laziness got the better of me this time!

No worries at all. It's very easy to get confused when there's multiple threads with similar questions from the same member. This is why it's better to stick to one thread.

When you "add a journal message" there will be a list of what sections to put the question onto. In that list there's "accessibility needs" click that and it will take you to another page. Read what's on that page and  it says.. We have a separate page where you can "tell us about your accessibility needs" click on that and request the phone appointment in there.

    Wide doorway
    Quiet space
    Hearing or induction loop
    British Sign Language interpreter
    Relay UK
    Braille

    or

I do not have any of these accessibility needs

    Write a journal entry

Our priority is to keep everyone safe. Threatening or abusive messages will not be accepted and may result in further action being taken.

Do not share sensitive information in your journal. This includes bank details and your National Insurance number.

We have a separate page where you can 'Tell us about your accessibility needs'.

If you need something that is not listed on that page, then return to this page and add a journal entry. We will contact you if we need more information.

    Add a journal entry

i have clicked accessibility needs there is nothing about telephone appointment

If it's due to mental health that you can't attend then tick "quiet space" and then see it it lets you explain why you can't attend in person.

I manage my daughters UC claim and have access to her journal but she's never had to attend any appointments in person so i didn't need to use that. She now has LCWRA so no work commiments.

    Hi Agnia,

Select 'quiet space' and 'ground floor'.
That's all you need to do today.

They may suddenly change or cancel the appointment before Friday anyway (they like to surprise and test us)

If you hear nothing back by Friday, you could arrive in a cab, let them see how distressed you are and ask for help to get home again. The coach stares at a screen during those appointments because they are embarrassed - as they should be!
You have passed that test by attending.

Or, on Friday, simply write in your journal that you are too ill to attend the appointment - you can't be punished for being ill.

    Thank you very much @WhatThe
the last time when i went outside was the beginning of May
im scared if i select quiet space they will see that im able to come there
i will try to write another message in journal to ask about telephone appointment
why they didn’t reply to me yet
i remember when i attended job centre appointment in person in the past i was asking the lady who works as receptionist if she could kindly ask my coach work to come downstairs because im not able go on the 3rd floor and the lift didn’t work then
the coach work came downstairs and she still was asking me and forcing me to go on the 3rd floor

Because DWP is cruel to sick and disabled claimants. They have created NEW rules which they know will make us worse and leave us with less money. They want us to be confused, anxious and to make mistakes (like not turning up to appointments) because they really don't care.

DWP is pretending they are 'helping you get back to work' and ignoring the facts about you just like they ignore you at Job Centre appointments.

It is not you, Agnia but the system.
But being disabled means you are strong and can protect yourself (and your claim) from these provocations and tests.

Your MR/appeal is what you should believe in now. And yourself.

Many people could not write about such personal things but you have.
You did not give up or stop asking for help.

Feeling weak under so much pressure is normal but it will not go on forever.
Feeling that you have no control in life takes away confidence and energy.
Everything you say makes sense to me.

(just don't expect DWP to understand or care)
