    Afternoon back at home now and it's freezing. Been travelling since 3am tired now. My legs are swollen so elevating them for awhile, they have been last 3 days

    I got a delivery of flowers and chocolates from my son for Mother's day. I haven't stopped smiling. He always sends me flowers no matter where in the world he is 😊

    Hope you did OK with your Granny's birthday party @66Mustang
    @Sandy - you probably know this, but when you put your legs up, do keep pulling your feet up (at right angles to your lower leg) as this can reduce such swelling by using the muscles in your calves, which are like muscle pumps. Also circle your feet around, clockwise & then anti-clockwise. Hope you feel better soon.
