    Good morning everyone!! :) 

    I have just got back from a really nice dog walk. We did 3 miles and were out 60 mins :blush: so 3 miles an hour which is a brisk pace with the dog because he stops a lot!!!

    I'm sorry to hear about that @Beaver79 :( I hope it at least answers the unknown about what was causing the problems, and there's at least options to help with it. I understand being fed up though, it can feel like everything moves at a snails pace.

    @66Mustang that sounds like a nice morning walk :) I should try walking more in the mornings maybe. It was very foggy this morning.

    Best of luck today @Lou67, I hope your friend being there makes the visit a little easier to go through.

    @Beaver79 sorry to read about your drs visit I would be fed up to, hopefully the meds help and the physiotherapy 
    Yes I had a marridge proposal on the beach so he could live in England. On ya bike m8 lol 

    I've done nothing today, had a head ache all morning which has gone off now I took paracetamol. I need to get motivation, my case is looking at me in the hall way, I just walked past it with a coffee.

    I'm the same I can't clean up with people under my feet when I was with my ex I used to do it when he went out. I'll have to leave the shopping till later their site playing up.

    Im home from the hospital I didn’t get another Pico machine back on thank goodness just a clean and a new dressing. 👏👏
    The consultant popped in to have a look and sd it’s getting there but I’ve to go back next week again. 
    I’m happy the machine is off at least.

    That's good @Lou67 that the machine has gone was the consultant happy with it? Sounds like it's on the mend. Perhaps next week will be discharge.

    I've done the case now I forced myself to stop being lazy did a bit of a basic tidy up

    Hi everyone, sorry I have not been on since this morning. I went for a great drive with both my parents to a farm shop where I bought a few treats but nothing over the top :blush: then we went on to a nearby town which is an old town and very pretty, we walked through the high street and then back along the river, then we had coffee in a coffee shop.

    @Lou67 thanks, it sounds like it is moving in a positive direction at least but perhaps not as quickly as everyone had hoped!!!!
