    Thanks to all who wrote comments to me :heart: it's really a life saver to have this forum where most people are super supportive and care and understand about each other and it helps me a lot

    Today has turned into a can I just go to bed and it be over? Kinda day. They turned up just after 5 to collect the washer, they're going to sort it and return it tomorrow. They however didn't cap the waste pipe and when I washed up after dinner I ended up with a flooded kitchen, went to the bathroom to collect the mop and bucket and on the way back nearly went flying because of the wet floor. Now I have to remember that I can't use the kitchen sink.
