Good luck with Bruce’s results 🤞🏾
Aww you will think I’m kidding but I was thinking about you this morning, I’m glad the sunshine is making you happy it does the same to me 😊
As for a swing in your garden I say go for it, it’ll lift your spirits and get you out in the fresh air. Great to see you posting.

We used to have a lovely swing seat @Biblioklept ,our daughter and three of her friends piled onto it at her 18th birthday party and snapped the chains.
-
@Teigr I kind of smirk imagining that because I can see my Granny doing the same thing, she is still a raving teenager at heart. I imagine alcohol was involved??
-
Yes @66Mustang copious amounts of alcohol were involved.
-
it's back to normal now @beaver79 and suns showed up just now. About time
-
Awww thank you @Lou67!! I've been having an horrible time with headaches and migraines and vision going so bad I couldn't really read, you guys always lift my spirits so I miss it when I'm not on!!! It was probably a while now but how was your holiday???
@Teigr 😆😆😆 your daughter sounds a lot of fun!!
I've no friends for me to share it with so hopefully if I get one, it'll stay in one piece!! 🤣
I had a look but it seems most swings for adults need concreting into the ground so not sure this will be an option, booo! Maybe I'll need to settle for something more grown up like one of those fancy swinging benches, not quite as fun but gives some of the feeling?!
-
Ooops sorry @Sandy_123!! 🌞☀️ Sending some back your way!!!
-
-
Ooooh that looks nice @66Mustang!! I imagine it can sort of swing or sway in all directions, and I can cacoon myself inside it!!
-
Yeah I thought it looked really cosy, if I was able to sit out in the garden I'd love one!!!!
They are often less expensive as well, like maybe £150-200 instead of £400 for a swinging bench thing
-
Maybe that's your next goal to work towards @66Mustang, being able to sit outside with some sun and be comfortable!
-
those egg seats do look nice what about a hammock altho they take some getting used to getting in and out
-
Had a lot of pain in my back and hip which radiates down my legs . Also got stomach ache too .
