    Hi everyone I hope your are all good and enjoy your night.
    I went up to my mums for a while since the painting was getting done, it was my great nephews 2nd birthday my mum had a wee get together for him she done a buffet and there was cake.
    My living room is looking so clean and fresh again just need to get someone out to clean my sofa and chair.

    Thanks so much @Albus_Scope for the understanding and the nice reply, that makes a lot of sense actually

    I do find some labels super useful as I can sometimes relate to people with the same label a lot - like neurodiversity, and social anxiety; but of course they aren't all like that

    Thanks for the encouragement though, it's nice of you, I am definitely going to keep trying and exploring new groups and stuff 😊

    Hey @66Mustang i have only been to one meeting, the group is called Andys man club and they have meetings around the country, its for mental health and basically you sit in a group and they pass a football around when its your turn you can join in if you feel ok, or just pass it along to the next person, they have questions like introduce yourself, how was your week, that sort of thing, my wife found then for me on facebook, they meet 7 to 9 on a monday night, i enjoyed the meeting, and will go again after the bank holiday

    Oh no it’s just white as it badly needed done due to the marks everywhere I just wanted it freshened up, but I might add wallpaper to the feature wall later on, I do have lovely paper for one wall in my bedroom that my daughter bought me, once that gets done I will share a photo. 😊

    We have district nurse coming for 2 weeks to give Mr blood thinner injections then on to tablets.
