itโ€™s horrible having to wait so long for something that is so important, hopefully you donโ€™t have to wait much longer โค๏ธ

Whatever my outcome is I think I will not like myself even more . Despite it being a real thing. I know it would be wrong of my too not like myself that is what will happen because unfortunately that's me . I would not think that about anyone else just me .

I was diagnosed with Autism at 55, I'm 57 now. I went for my first diagnosis in 2019, then the 2 follow up in 2022, and the outcome. I am more patient but also I find emotions difficult, my daughter was 14 with hers

Very much so but I do also have BPD and a few other things. I also feel I have different types of anxiety but no one ever understand that. They just say it's different levels and although I know it's defiantly anxiety.. I can Promise it's different types.

@Strawberry1 there's no reason to not like yourself. You're so lovely and caring โค๏ธ I understand when your brain may not want to cooperate though and feeds you negative things. You must remind yourself of how wonderful you are, we'll all pitch in to remind you too ๐Ÿ˜‰

I had to chase up an assessment for the better part of Eight years because I got lost in the system. Glad I did though, I feel more settled with who I am post diagnosis.

I had to wait 4 years for my assessment, but I too also feel more settled and content with myself since I got my diagnosis
