From the day you submit your claim you are a UC claimant, as UC is paid in arrears, just tick the UC box @DawnBiiwoo

Oh thanks so much....I'm on ir esa support group now so should go straight to LCWRA without another assessment it says on Gov. , so I should be on the same money with transitional protection etc.... so if I just tick UC from day of my claim on my prescription, then I won't incur and fine ? 🙂

Thanks so much Biblioklept, I was so worried about it as if I stopped any meds it would have a Bad effect on me in many ways!! What a wonderful thing Scope is... and to know there's a place to come when worried about these things and many more, and there are always lovely people who have very useful very informative, and for me answers that put my very worried mind at ease!!!
