@sundontshine123 I know how you feel as I'm in the same position. I've had my mobility points increased but not to what it should be. I got 4 as well for planning a journey where descriptor d) which has 10 points is what it should have been. Now this is where it gets obvious that the DWP decision makers are NOT making any decisions about the medical side of things. I'm going to start a new discussion for this but what happened with me proved this. DWP sent my claim back to ATOS to review the evidence of my medical conditions again. But a letter I sent about Opthalmic Migraines got there too late to be included in what they sent. When the DM rang me to tell me about my mobility being increased she said she'd got this letter and would I like it to be sent back to ATOS to see if they would increase my points from 4 to 10. I said it wasn't worth it as I'd already got enough points for the higher rate. Since then I've asked myself why the DWP DM couldn't change the points as the evidence in the letter was good enough to say I needed someone with me on an unfamiliar journey. This tells me they are just using the scores from ATOS/CAPITA so no wonder they've changed their name to Case Workers as they DON'T MAKE DECISIONS. You need to write to CAPITA again and tell them you don't accept they can't investigate the standard of your assessment report just because your assessor has left their employ. You've got a new report with a different assessor's name to complain about...

sundontshine123 I would agree with Wildlife's view - you still have a valid complaint.

wildlife I agree with what you say. The assessor's report is only one part of the evidence. Everything else, including anything you send in, and the PIP2, should be considered as well. So you could complain, or if something like this happened in a way which meant you had received an award which was lower than it should be, you could MR and appeal on the same basis - the DWP are meant to look at all the evidence, but it is often quite clear that they do not.
