How long is your award for? Usually it will say something like “we will contact you after X date to see if anything has changed”

Hi poppy it says my claim is for 4 years I'm not too sure of the rest

Were you awarded by a Tribunal? That maybe a reason why it doesn’t have a review date.
Regardless, usually due to the delays with review decisions at the moment they usually contact you about 8 months before the award is due to end. You are usually sent a form to fill in and return.

0 -
Yes, usually it’s for a set time but then a review happens usually about 8 months before. They will send you a review form to fill in and return.

Hi sorryvto message again I was just wondering whether because I'm not going to my wca assessment I'll be classed as fit to work will the pip department get notified of this please? I'm so anxious about telling them I'll not be attending any help I'd appreciate please
0 -
PIP won't be contacted because they are different benefits. PIP is not about your ability to work.

OKay thank you poppy123456 every time I rang Friday as soon as someone answered I put the phone down as I stated to have a panic attack is there a dwp number fir wca I can contact or is it the assessment provider that I ring please?
0 -
It's the assessment providers you should ring as well as telling UC. Assessment providers have changed recently so if you know who deals with them in your area you can check their number online, if you don't know it. If you don't know who does them you can check this list here.

Okay what will happen once they've be told do they just shut my case please?
0 -
Your file should be returned to UC and case closed.

Okay thank yoy does this mean I'll just automatically be put in the fit for work forum then please?

It depends on how much earnings you receive each month. If it's above the current AET of £892/month (if it's a single claim) then you will be in the light touch group, which means they leave you alone. If your earnings are below that amount or the AET increases in the future and you're then below that amount you maybe asked to increase your hours or look for more work.
If you continue with the WCA and are found to have LCWRA then you'll be entitled to extra money from the 4th month after you provided your first fit note.
If you don't currently have children on your claim then you will not be entitled to the work allowance but if found to have either LCW or LCWRA then you'll have the work allowance. This would mean some of your earnings would be ignored because deductions apply. This would mean you'll be financially better off.

OKay once again thank you poppy123456 do you know whether sonrone from my local job centre is allowed to follow me?
0 -
No problem. What do you mean by "follow you?"
0 -
Are they allowed to follow me around my local town? I dpnt know whether it's a coincidence but today I seen 2 when I was picking up my prescription and it just seems strange please
0 -
No, they are not allowed to follow you. However, some may live local to you and they will also need to go out the same as you do. It's highly unlikely they were actually following you, more like they were also doing shopping the same as everyone else has to.
Today is also Sunday and staff at your JC will not be working today anyway. Please try to relax.
