hi @Lou67, yes was having a look at messages youve answered, very kind person you are, im the same and just want to help people when we think we can it doesnt cost anything to be kind im nervous but my husband has read over everything with me and hoping it goes in my favour. im taking deep breaths and have a heated neck/back masssager that i got off amazon a couple of years ago, it is amazing and is just like having a professional massage, it only cost £42.00 and considering i was paying £30+ for a salon massage, its really saved money and i wouldnt be without it

@katho31 Lol oh nice one I’m sure you’ll enjoy, and thanks again for all your kind words, I just feel it’s a nice relief having genuine people on here to talk to sometimes I feel it easier to talk to yous than some of my own family ?♀️
-
same here @Lou67, also family can be sometimes unhelpful {especially if you cant always get your point across/ or your experiencing extreme pain/anxiety/low mood} and the worst saying for me is "pull yourself together/get a grip!!" arghhhh
-
@katho31 Oh I no nothing worse, and I keep getting told you need to push yourself to get out and do more, when it’s the last thing I want to do, if I do go out I’m in so much pain with my knees I’m done in by time I get back, I would love nothing better to be fit and mentally healthy, but there’s worse off than me so I need to remember that.
